How I Started:
Always been somewhat muscular in high school. played aaa ice hockey as a goalie for 10 years and some mens rec hockey. some roller hockey too. I did some weight lifting in gr 12 for a sports program i was in, lifted on and off afterwards, and then oct of 2007 i started gettin in the gym everyday because i felt fat and doing tons of cardio and lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
Show people that girls don't have to be 100 lbs to look good, and that some of us are pretty damn strong.

This was in October when i started working out again. Was about 135lbs here. Did lots of cardio and lost 7lbs, now i'm trying to gain more muscle!

from 50lbs to 120 incline press in ten months. WOW! That what I call progess! I don't know what your doing-but keep doing it! How your leg press numbers?

lucky dog. my gym, just built another gym across town and they are not getting new stuff at ours for a while because they used all there money on the new one. dumb thing is that you can't use the one across time if you want.
