Always been somewhat muscular in high school. played aaa ice hockey as a goalie for 10 years and some mens rec hockey. some roller hockey too. I did some weight lifting in gr 12 for a sports program i was in, lifted on and off afterwards, and then oct of 2007 i started gettin in the gym everyday because i felt fat and doing tons of cardio and lifting weights. Didn't start actual "body building" and supplementing until Jan 2008. Going strong since, and loving my journey to becoming freaky huge!
Why I Love It:
Show people that girls don't have to be 100 lbs to look good, and that some of us are pretty damn strong.
Want to continue training hard, to gain strength and grow as big as i can naturally. 16" pipes!
Goal (Long):
I WANT TO BE FREAKY HUGE! Plain and simple. Well...as huge as i can get naturally...which is a long journey that i'm enjoying, and i'm not getting off this train any time soon, even if there are those that frown upon it, or have negative ideas and feelings about it...sorry, but it's my life, and i love doing this. I want to be able to grow OUT of my Universal Animal t-shirt, as the smallest size they come in is Medium ;) he he. 16" guns! To be a monster! To be different. To defy nature (being a female, and asian), and put on as much lean muscle mass as i possibly can, until i can't no more :) If i compete...it will be at least 2 years before i even consider stepping on stage... i would like to be a light heavy weight.
Thanks a lot! You really have great arm and back development, and you seem to be quite the athlete as well - a nice combination! Good luck with your training...
I used to split bi's and tri's. Once i put them together and went really heavy on tri's they just grew over night. Finally hit 405 on deadlift too but I messed my back up doing it. How about you? What is the secret to a good squat?
Hey Amanda...great photo of you...you're looking incredible...keep doing what you're doing..its working for you...Dan had me bump up the weights and carbs and add two days rest for last two shows...with success...body needed the change and grew like a weed...hope all is well..Hugs, Lesa
That's cool. What will the purpose of your visit be,bussiness/pleasure? BTW...what does your arm routine look like? I love hammercurls, they really work!Keep well :-)
