DC training, best routine out there for crazy strength and size. My bench had always been week. But i started DCing and it shot up, adding weight and reps each week!

i carried a lot of weight on my legs and i had the fattest ass lol. i lost muscle mass too getting to this weight though

since i havent done the micro plates, i wouldnt be able to tell if there were a big difference but bill mentions that if you have to round up, it wont matter that much. Just make sure you dont try to progress too fast
