How I Started:
I've always been into weights and being "strong." playing sports throughout grade,high school, and college I always had to workout. Once I gave up football I began to focus on Bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
To me bodybuilding is a personal journey whether you decide to compete or just for individual fitness. You are solely responsible for your success, gratification, satisfaction, or whatever bb does for an individual. Only I can inhibit myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I can never let myself down. After talking with a cpl of judges I have new motivation. Mirror, scale

Goal (Long):
Bring hard, deeply etched details in my legs. Improve chest density and detail. The list goes on! All in all I'm not complete. The journey continues.

Yeah I could use some help! lol I am trying to really lean out...i only have like 15 lbs to lose, but its like i hit a plateau and i can seem to lose any weight! Any advice for my diet or workouts would be great!
When you say nattie? Do you mean natural? Yes I am 100% natural never touched anything. Don't plan to either. :) how about yourself? Not that anyone ever admits to it.
Liar. The thing is he doesn't have to do any removal of fat and continually can just get bigger without having to worry.
