to lose fifteen to twenty pounds, gain muscle, tone my body and become one sexy mamma!!
Goal (Long):
i have been complaining about my weight for years but it was not until the last couple of months that i have really began to notice a difference. the weight is coming on easier, faster and it is harder to get rid of. I want to reach my goals and become a fitter sexier woman. what i want is to lose twenty pounds and lift and sculp my buns and tone my thighs. i want to have a lean and hard body so i will have the confidence of wearing a bikini in public and finally feel sexy. i also want to improve my flexibility and overall endurance. and i know that i can do this with strong commitment and dedication. i will succeed!

Here is my suggestion, if you put up a pre-body pic it will give you incentive to keep going.... you need to at least post it so its in your face everytime if you really want to commit to getting back in shape.... oh girl, i feel for ya on the tonsilitis, that sucks.
my week has been good! my boise state football team (the broncos) played a fantastic game and beat the pants off La Tech this week (sorry if you're a La Tech fan). :) I'm looking forward to relaxing a bit this weekend, and of course doing homework...poo!!

Lol...awww. Well, I am up in bodyfat right now...and like everyone that struggles with weight...I have to stay right on top of it!! So luck is always a good thing! ;)
