Workout Program:
Current training split:
Mon- back
Tues- chest & shoulders
wed- legs
Thurs- arms
Frid- rest
Sat-rest
Sun-rest

I focus on the movement and the form. Form is the most important factor on getting the muscle to look exactly how you want it to. I go heavy as i can as long as i dont lose the form i want. I been doin abs twice a week.
