After having my second child, I was ready to get my butt into shape. Now, 4 kids later, I'm serious about it!
Why I Love It:
So I can eat!!! I love to sweat and I feel so much better after a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading fitness magazines, looking at Victoria Secret catalogs (haha,) wanting to be active with my kids
BB Accomplishments:
My arms are FINALLY getting some definition. Now if I can just get my abs to look like a 6 or 8 pack! I play co-ed soccer, tennis, backyard football, baseball with the boys.

my goal is to lose about 10-15 lbs. it's been hard after having 4 boys and constantly around food since i'm a stay-at-home mom cooking all the meals. i want to tone a lot of areas and build lots of muscle. i would love to post some of those risque pictures like some of ladies have out there one day. they're hot!!

i used to use light weights because i didn't want to bulk up but now i'm using heavier weights because the lighter ones got too easy. not sure if i should do light but more reps or heavy with less reps. any suggestions out there for me?? i'm all ears. i'm in my day 3 of 'serious...
