This is rear shot from the 30 lb weight gain. Uggggh
I want to gain more muscle and get rid of the layer of fat hiding them!
Goal (Long):
I have been working on a goal for a while now. I am working on gaining more muscle and leaning out. I want my 6 pack to show! I know it is there hiding under this layer of fat. I want to live a healthy lifestyle and set a good example for my daughter!
I am new at Bodyspace and trying to get into the swing of things. I am loving it here so far! I will post more later when I have more time on my hands. Been a very busy week for me!
Looking good - you and I are at similar stages in life and goal-setting. Hopefully we can both reach our goals - it's tough going and sometimes hard to get motivated. I'm in a bit of slump from the holidays - need to get it back in gear. Happy New Year!
Thank you for your comment. You've done a super job. I understand the depression thing. I've been going through perimenopause for several years. I have so far handled it through excercise & diet but sometimes it just gets overwhelming, uncontrolable. Just keep going! Good luck.
wide grip pullups are great! another great exercise is the t-bar row. awesome for the rhomboids in the middle back along the spine. keep up the great work getting ripped!
OMG your back looks ASTOUNDING! I love the tiny waist! Your traps have a wonderful definition to them! How are you feeling about this fantastic progress???
