I started working out when I was 18. I would do an hour on the elliptical every day, thought Baja Fresh was healthy and never lost a pound...wonder why!?! It took me a long time to learn how to eat and work out smart.
Why I Love It:
I do it for the endorphin rush!
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband (godmanjw), he keeps me focused...he's hot and sexy so I should be too! And music...I don't think I could workout without some great beats to move me!
BB Accomplishments:
Building the body of a beautiful 9lb baby girl, born Oct. 6, 2008!!
She is a trainer at my gym and for a couple years I have been using her body as a "wish list"...and to top it off she is super sweet! I went to her website and read her bio, she is an ispiration in herself.
Thank you so much Yes I do feel good but I know that I can do better I never thought I would ever be at this point so I want to keep going and seeing people like u motivates me thank you!
My weekend is going okay. Thank you for accepting my friend invite. Best wishes to you in accomplishing all your life and fitness goals. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Keep rockin' out at the gym and I believe you will get exactly what you want. What you have achieved to this pointy is fantastic and with your drive and determination who knows where you can go from here.
Stay strong, focused and determined.

that's funny you say that... my boy is seven months old now... for the first month i barely ate because he was collic so i just couldn't do anything because my hands were occupied with him all the time... by the time he settled and i had time to myself i got carried away and since then have been back and forth :( ugh!! haha the food network is like porn right!!!
if only i had the same discipline with my diet.... looks like you got that nailed way better than i do! the workout is easy.. it's only an hour and a half to two hours of my day. diet, ah!... that's an all the time challenge!
haha thanks, yeah i'm a little nutty, i was actually back to cardio 6 days post partum and lifting by 10... my doc was laughing when she said, "you are clear to workout" at my 6 week chckup becasue she knew i wouldn't make it that far. i complained that my induction was scheduled before the gym opened so i couldn't workout the day i had him haha (he was two weeks past due date and i was still full force in the gym trying to get him to move!!!)
