Used to practice martial arts, Karate, kick thai, ended up training youth upto 14 yrs of age in thai.. Stopped since 2000 because of my job. Big MMA fan though.. tough guy's.. Let me know when your next fight.. ED.

Head down is good, chin up I dont know. Myself I was 17 years in the forces and did 9 Balkan Missions so I know. Training is going well 5 times / week lifting and 7 times 25 min cardio. Take care. ED.

Cheers Bro. Seems to work, at least the cardio. Diet and quitting the beer is a more difficult thing.Will post some progress pics later on this week.

Excellent progress mate.. Keep up the good work. About Calves, I struggled before but since I train them 2X / week, much more progress. (Standing and seated raises only).
