To reach 200 lbs by 30 November and bring my bodyfat down from 13% to 10%.
Goal (Long):
Body fat down to 10% and gaining 10 pounds of pure muscle. Bring my bench up to 175 lbs for 8 repetitions by 30 November. Squat I want to reach 260 Lbs by the same date.

Hey bud, been hitting them 2x week w/sitting and standing work. No gains on the tape, but they look more muscular and strength is up. I'm down 7# since cutting and they haven't lost size, so maybe there is more muscle in the doggies. Started doing eccentric jumps and I'm getting a great feel from that. Starting 3x a week w/heavy weights. I'll post pics tonight. Thanks for asking! I see that you've been able to put on a few pounds of muscle while reducing %bf.

Totally understand about the beer and diet. I have managed to clean up my diet and dont really crave junk anymore - who would have thought that this day would come haha. I have posted my current nutrition plan in my workout journal - check it out for some ideas if you want. Cheers

Thanks for the encouragement. I've been working my calves out 2x / week for the last few weeks, so hopefully that does the trick. I think being a runner has taught them to be thin!
