No excuses: Just GTD
Posted in Working Out : Feb 01, 2012 4:02amDay 2 of the Felicia Romero Female Fat Loss plan works the BACK muscles and notice I either need to go to the gym or give up.
No: those aren't the only two options. There's another: find alternative exercises I can do at home since I don't have a gym membership yet.
So while I was supposed to get the workout in this morning before work, I ended up using the time looking for exercise alternatives...
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 3 sets of 20 reps --> Ball Lat Pulldown (although I may use dumbbells)
Seated Cable Row: 3 set
