Reason: rico is the best thing that has ever happened to me in bodybuilding not only is he a great bodybuilder him self but a great freind, altough we have to live with a major time difference we get through it, i think you awsome and i hope one day to meet up and break are asses in the gym together, take care my great, inspirational freind, take care and thankyou for everything you have done for me and everything u will do in the future !
