Josh, do you know how to turn you picture straight? You can do this in the gallery. Click on the pic and choose edit. Then you can rotate it right or left. You may need to re-enter the pic to you profile since its sideways too. As far as the arm, it will come naturally as you work them. Thats is a vascular thing, as you work the arms the blood vessles/veins pump up and they expand showing them off. Plus drinking alot of water too. I

N problem on the comments, I meant them. Just be careful with the wrist. Make sure its healed before attemting somethin heavy. You are doing a good job and have so much time, so dont rush things.

why are you taking all those fat burners? at your bodytype i would not take them, at your age and at your weight. my main goal would be slowly gaining quality lean muscle. then work on the conditioning later. and it seems to me at your body type you will probably loose a good amount of fat while you bulk up muscle since your metabolism will be faster as you gain more lean body mass

Right when you wake up in the morning is the most important time to take in protein! You should make yourself some eggs or have a protein shake when you wake up along with some oatmeal. I would skip the coco-puffs!

I do a 5 day a week workout. 1 body part a day, plus calis, cardio and abs. The kid in my pic gallery Chad never touched weight before and has has been training with me for 3 months. He is doing great. So my workout works well for what it is.

yeah sounds good. all i know is if you want to loose weight and burn calories is to eat lots of calorie food. Like i always ate grapes before i wrestle because it had enough energy for me to burn it off.

Josh, I dont know what you think of yourself, but for 14 ys old to me you are amazing and have already done an absolutely fantastic job. I can see that you are focused. Its only going to get better for you as you mature and grow. Dont get discouraged, its only the start of bigger bb things literally.
