i was always overweight growing up and tried a couple of times to get into the gym to get fitter but could never make it stick. that is until i joined up at the same gym a couple of my friends were already training at. with two friends pushing me on, i finally managed to make it a regular thing and started to see decent results. then as the results kept coming, i figured there was no reason i couldn't do some bodybuilding to see just how far i could take it.
Why I Love It:
every session is different, every session is a challenge in its own way. every time you walk into that gym, you feel like just your average guy, but when you walk out, you feel amazing, partly because you are high on endorphines, partly because you know that you just did something awesome for yourself and took one step closer to your ultimate goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
i keep a photo of myself at 130kg in my wallet at all times. everytime i think about missing a workout or going soft or cheating on my diet, i look at that picture and remind myself that i can never let myself look like that again. i always focus on where i ultimately want to be and that gives me the drive to work hard.
BB Accomplishments:
none yet because as far as i'm concerned i've only just begun. but stay tuned because there'll be big news in the future or i'll kill myself trying...
