Breakfast a small bowl of wheat bran and FF milk
AM snack protein shake
Lunch fresh salad with piece of grilled chicken FF dressing
PM snack bagel w/ almond butter
Dinner steamed vegi’s w/ grilled chicken
or a salad w/grilled chicken.
I am eating very healthy and little carbs! I have extra skin in the tri area and my ab area is real bad with extra skin!
