get bigger overall. be able to bench 220 lbs easy by december and stick 2 my nutrition plan which is really hard 2 do :)
Goal (Long):
i just want 2 get bigger for summer and be able to bench press 220 lbs or 100 kgs in other words. all my friends are older then me and have been going hard at the gym for years but they are watching out coz im catching up prety quick :)

Take good care of the shoulders and all the time needed. Slightly useful HA with your workouts. Then WELL, LIKE IT OR NOT,,,SHRUGS time and those thick traps. Andre
How R U doing? nice to hear from U. Great new pics BTW. Great job on pecs, lats and arms. A bit more definition on the abs and thickness on the traps needed HOWEVER one day at the time.
