How I Started:
I have worked out for many years but it has always been running or some type of cardio. I got started weight lifting after our company put in a gym in the basement. They also hired a personal trainer to come in and get us started. It was great because she talked to us individually about nutrition, our goals and what we liked to do. She got me started on weights, circuit training, core training and of course adding in protein.
Why I Love It:
I don't know why I love it...I just do. I love the adrenaline, the added energy, the sexy arms. I love a hard workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
The results are my motivation. Plus I have no reason not to work out. It's right here where I drive every day, 5 days a week. :)
