After wrestling a couple months my first year in high school I really got into exercising on a regular basis. Weights were not incorporated into our training, yet by the end my max for bench was 145. I've never lifted weights consistently since sophmore year and now I've graduated and made great gains with body weight training.
Why I Love It:
Relaxation, it really puts me into my comfort zone when I'm stressed out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing that my goal can be reached is enough motivation for me
