Background

When I Started: Dec 1993
HOW I STARTED:

My father was a competitor, so one thing led to another.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Basically I grew up in the gym, it is a great sport, and I am kinda individualistic person, so I guess such individualistic sport came quite naturally to me.

These days very hard, but I have a lot of experience behind me and I tend to keep focused on what I do, the only thing that gets me down is a ton of work I do over the week...

One thing always got me motivated before were success stories and life stories of champions. I loved reading about Haney, Dorian, Arnold...and how they made their name for them self. That always gave that rush to go into gym and get working.

Keto road to hell

This is the fifth day of my keto diet. Brain fog, lack of energy, confusion you name it I have it. I do my ketostix readings every day and it show I am not too deep in ketosis and that is a good thing... Sunday I will have only one carb meal, as the last meal of my day and I will not overdo it since I am planing to do things right this time... F me running, this keto thing is killing me this time...

Dearest blog, it's bin a while since I wrote my last post, and I am sorry for that... I promise I will try and keep my updates on a more regular basis from now on. It seams when ever I get one good thing going on I get one bad too, as if to balance things out. For instance I prepared for another dieting cycle starting today only to discover umbilical hernia starting to develop three days ago. 7 day fix

I spent entire last week trying to fix my self. I already wrote about my sciatica problem and how my calves and hams are loosing certain amount of strength. This was the main reason for me to quit my training for seven days in order to visit my chiropracticioner and massuer so he can fix my problem. The good news is I feel much better and a lot of strength and mobility is back to me body, but I am still not at 100%. I can still feel my muscles are getting tired faster in the right leg. A i znam Neleta i Savu sto vode teretanu...Jel znas Maric Dragana, s njime sam BAS dobar i druzimo se dosta od kada sam dosao. Sloba ga zna 100%. Nekad je davno tu radio kao trener. Serb4ever NE mislim da ovde ima i jedna teretana koja ima dosta tegova!HAHHA Gymnas je sranje isto, najvece bucice su 30kg mislim a i ostalih tegova ima malo...Sprave su katastrofa i sve u svemu, dobro mi i treniramo kakvi su uslovi...NA ovoj slici sam u Dejinoj teretani Total gym na Limanu i pogle mu tegove!!! trevormerton Lol thanks, no secret ingredient though.. Just make sure to eat nothing but protein loaded stuff, plain tuna fish, chicken breasts, and protein shakes and drink nothing but water.
