My father was a competitor, so one thing led to another.
Why I Love It:
Basically I grew up in the gym, it is a great sport, and I am kinda individualistic person, so I guess such individualistic sport came quite naturally to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
These days very hard, but I have a lot of experience behind me and I tend to keep focused on what I do, the only thing that gets me down is a ton of work I do over the week...
One thing always got me motivated before were success stories and life stories of champions. I loved reading about Haney, Dorian, Arnold...and how they made their name for them self. That always gave that rush to go into gym and get working.

Right now I have more than a year of constant training after two years brake, and I have already made some great progress.
I have made some great changes in my life and it all helped me to realize I love this sport more than anything else in my life (Ok, parents, siblings, girlfriend and pets excluded:))
Right now I am trying to gain as much muscle as possible and compete at state nationals championship in October. It is not and easy task, but there is no impossible for me anymore!
For start I need to gain another 5 KGs, this is something like 11lbs, and than cut down to 230lbs for a contest ready form.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 5 kg

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Lower back injury, strained erectus and of lately Sciatica, a dam nerve ending is being crushed between my discs and I can hardly walk sometimes, I am still recovering from that one.
Front shoulder injury, tendon inflammation, it happens when my tendon is skipping over my shoulder bone, and it hurts like hell. *still recovering)

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Lifting heavy weights, which sacrifices correct form and puts body in the position where something must break.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Dead lifts. You can lift huge load and entire body is involved, but lower back is very much under stress and if you do not know proper "box" technique and take extra care while doing this one you are in a heap of trouble.Dead lifts. I already wrote about my sciatica problem and how my calves and hams are loosing certain amount of strength. This was the main reason for me to quit my training for seven days in order to visit my chiropracticioner and massuer so he can fix...
No problem at all, it makes me feel good if i was able to really help someone, one of my goals is if i know that someone is better of if because they knew me, makes me feel like i have a purpose. and again, ur wellcome, u do deserve all the credid, since u did all the work. have a great weekend :0)

Nisi mi rekao jel izlazis u maju na Otvoreno prvenstvo Srbije ili nesto kasnije?? A i znam Neleta i Savu sto vode teretanu...Jel znas Maric Dragana, s njime sam BAS dobar i druzimo se dosta od kada sam dosao. Sloba ga zna 100%. Nekad je davno tu radio kao trener. JA palim sutra i vracam se u Avgustu definitivno da ostanem, pa se vidimo sigurno!!

Gymnas je sranje isto, najvece bucice su 30kg mislim a i ostalih tegova ima malo...Sprave su katastrofa i sve u svemu, dobro mi i treniramo kakvi su uslovi...NA ovoj slici sam u Dejinoj teretani Total gym na Limanu i pogle mu tegove!!! Ko od Lego kockica da su!
Izgledas mnogo veci nego na slici a i gutas Kolu Zero ko i ja vidim..HAHAHAAHAH

Lol thanks, no secret ingredient though.. Just make sure to eat nothing but protein loaded stuff, plain tuna fish, chicken breasts, and protein shakes and drink nothing but water. I haven't followed it hard at all and cheated all last week, but I was in Phoenix and was having a blast
Lol yeah them injuries can slow us down, but they ain't stopping us! :P Great new pic, ya beast! So far I've added an inch on my arms and lost 2 inches off the waist in 3 weeks alone. Woot!
Dude! Definitely man, hitting that sh*t up hard! Will keep in touch and follow you up on the process. Damn old injuries and new ones slowing me down though. Ankles getting stress fractures from running 3 miles a day, shoulder hurting from old snowboarding injury, and tendonitis starting in the elbow. I have to start taking it easy for a while though but I am making good progress. You got a myspace man?
Ej,druze,pa gde si,sta se desava?!:) Dobro je da si se vratio treningu.. Ja sam vec neko vreme opet u fazi dodavanja mase,ali ovog puta malo drugacije.. Retko sam na bb.com.. Samo proverim poruke.. Uglavnom pedercine,pa me vec smara.. Skoro da ni sa kim vise i ne razgovaram o treningu.,osim sa par crnkinja..,nego sve u fazonu ko bi sta kome uradio.. Malo sam i na facebook-u..a,i tamo isto.:):)
Hang in there bud, I'm up a little from the weight I posted last week. Too many work parties this week and no will power to stay on the diet. Starting back today though. Be sure to post when you hit 220, we'll see who makes it first!
