How I Started:
I was skinny back in high school and wanted to gain weight and get stronger . . and did it but then after college, life and 60 more lbs got in the way for 13 yrs . . now I'm back at it for about 1 yr
Why I Love It:
Feel great doing it and seeing results over time
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting realistic goals, charting progress, taking periodic photos to see if what I am doing is working

Goal (Long):
Being at 250 lbs right now (8/3/09) I'd like to hold the weight however drop 7-10 lbs in fat and replace with 10 lbs in lean muscle. In doing this I think I will look a lot better and also become stronger. Within the yr my goal is to Bench Press 475; Incline 365; Seated OH Press 280.
