Did it here and there for a couple years... eventually got serious and now i love it.
Why I Love It:
It helps me reach my goal of total strength, which includes mental and physical strength. Plus when i see I'm getting bigger, I look at my body and think "wow, thats beauty, that's art." As corny as it sounds...

lol yea i lift at anytime on lineville. i have a posse of anywhere between 4 and 7 friends/coworkers/other people that i train and spot for every weekday around 10pm-12pm. graduated BP 05, My sis graduated BP 08 Sara Hatzenbeller.
