How I Started:
I have always been athletic and involved in high school and collegiate sports. Weight training has always been a vital part of that, now that I am out of college the lifestyle continues, it's a part of my everyday routine.
Why I Love It:
I have a high appreciation of the discipline, dedication, and self-pride it takes to challenge onesrself to shape and mold the body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I kinda rode the lazy horse for a bit, I injured my shoulder and elbow and the pounds began piling on. I am healthy once more, so I am really motivated to melt the fat away and get back to looking sexy as hell =-).

Well sad to say I over ate during the Thanksgiving adventure. Its like once in a while u get 2 pig-out. 2day I only had 1/2 day 2 work so I took the afternoon 2 spend 1 hour on the tredmill doing HITT and then strength training on my lower bod, so that 2morow I can do my upper bod.
