I've always been interested in gaining muscle. Before I knew anything about bodybuilding my favorite character on t.v. was Lou Ferrigno as the hulk. I started playing around with weight training at about 15 and didnt really get serious untill I was around 23. I always had alot of definition and my friends at the gym I worked out at convinced me to do a show. After that I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
Training and competing are great stress relievers for me. I love the comradarie in the gym and the way my body responds to different types of training. I get to share my knowledge on a daily with my clients as well, so I have to look the part
How I Stay Motivated:
I set mini and long-term goals.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Since progress in bodybuilding is contingent on making goals and following through, I've learned to apply this same philosophy successfully to other avenues of my life.

As a personal trainer it is important, I feel, and most of my clients agree, that you look the part. Maintaining a healthy appearance has been helpful in keeping and gaining clients
