How I Started:
My Dad's bodybuilding hero growing up was Steve Reeves. He became mine too. I started working out when I was 17 and was faithful for about 5 yrs. Since then I've worked out off and on but haven't gotten in a routine. I've recently ordered the P90X system and hope to get back to where I was 5 yrs ago with hard work and discipline.
Why I Love It:
I love the overall feeling it gives - it just makes me feel better, more healthy. I love seeing results!
Cardio mixed with karate like lunges, punches, jumps and kicks. Much like I'd imagine the Taebo workouts were like. This is definitely a sweatin', high octane work out. Always moving, hardly any breaks, lots of calories burned. I can't quite kick as high as Tony would like me to, but I'm hoping...
p90x is a great workout I did that 5 weeks out before my competition and it got me leaner it possibly even got me the Teen Iowa title I won back last year it is a great method keep it up bro and soon you'll look like me

I've watched the commercials on Tv for P90X with interest. I'm amazed with the improvement to the ABS & Obliges.
The commericals only mention diet briefly.
I've been lifting for 2 years with small gains.
