How I Started:
I was tired of being overweight, especially in the military. It was depressing and my self-esteem was at the lowest. And my work stress was high. I couldn't stand to look at myself or even live with myself. I had to make a change!
Why I Love It:
Postive Results! I'm not only losing weight but I am molding and transforming my body into something I can be proud of.
How I Stay Motivated:
Visulizing what I will look like and feel like. And my trainer!
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 35 pounds, but I'm not close to being done yet! Stay tuned for more! I just decided to start prepping for my first figure show 12 months from now. Scary but exciting!

Goal (Long):
To compete in a figure show by September 2010. To do that I need to lose 30 pounds and get to 12- 14% body fat. I also want to be in the best shape I have ever been when I turn 40 years old. To achieve this I must do cardio 6 days per week and weight train 3 days. Most important I must be disciplined with clean eating. I need to surround myself with those who will support me and believe in me. I know I can do this and I will!
