Background

When I Started: Nov 2005
HOW I STARTED:

In May 2005 I finished a 1 year treatment for Hep C. I had no traces of the virus but also was skinny and in poor physical condition. I wanted to feel like I'm getting my life back, so 6 months later I started training. I want to get in the best shape I've ever been in my life. 6 years later I'm still working on it, and I think it's coming along nicely.
