My Motivation Program

I do not have enough time for long work outs so I do my work out for 30 minutes in the morning just before I go to work. It keeps me energetic the whole day, so the thought of feeling drowsy and tired is enough to motivate me to workout. Also the thought of being active and eating healthy is enough motivation on its own, being in shape is just a bonus. I also want to get bigger arms as well, so that keeps me working.

  • I designed the programme, his job is to bark the orders so I can push through to failure and help me stay disciplined...some weird reason I feel our trainers in this part of the world have sub-standard knowledge about fitness, but do not let him hear us talk about him this way LOL!!!
