lol that's pretty frickin sweet! I tried drawing for about a week and then realized I wasn't very good, I think I'll stick to music and lifting =D

Thanks for the advice man. Ya that swimmers stuff looks pretty cool, my usual idea on sets and reps is go until i can't on each set, but what are some good numbers to be looking for for that exercise?
