Training is great, took it easy this week but gonna hit it harder than ever next week. That's awesome you get to workout at your gym on campus over the summer... I love working out at ours but since I'm not taking summer classes there's a fee... kinda silly to pay it since I have a membership somewhere else! Hope you have a great weekend!

Bro ur chest will gro as you continue to take in those calories and lift. as for me...believe it or not i havent benched in over a year. i do a lot of cable work and incline/decline and flys with dumbells...i also LOVE weighted dips (also great for tris and front delts)..but ur lookin good bro. just keep up what ur doin, becuase its clearly working
