How I Started: I realized I wasn't feeling to confident about myself, and I decided to make some changes and look into different gyms, and certain classes.
Why I Love It: I feel good about myself, and I feel like I attract more positive people into my life.
How I Stay Motivated: I look through magazines and keep telling myself I can look that way if I try hard enough.

the gym is down town peabody at 119 foster st.
scott oleson is a bencher he goes to your ymca in beverly.. he used to go to my gym till his job hrs changed ... we are right near the monument ... in down town peabody ..let me know when you want to come in and work out ..
