I was never the sporty type in school and being a boys school , sport mattered. I wanted to be good at sports, but always lacked the fitness or composure for most things. As I've got older - in my thirties - I found that being fitter (and I hope a little wiser!) has made me better at sports. After years in martial arts I have switched to track and this year my goal is to compete in races - as opposed to just completing them. faster and stronger is the focus. In three months; faster and stronger.

Why I like this video: another crossfit vid - no affiliation honest! - just love the way these guys train. Reminds me of some of our Saturday morning sessions, where all that gets you through is heart.
