helenawf Hi Mitch. Always a pleasure to hear from you as well. Only two weeks behind on responding to comments, not bad, LOL. It can be time consuming. Disabled my PMs as I just couldn't do it all anymore. Weather is warmed up here but now cooling down to a pleasant 60s-70s for the rest of the week. Glad you are training well. jesavity Awe...thanks! hehe Not usually a morning lifter...usually just do cardio and then go back at 4 and do my strength training...but yesterday was too nice to spend all day in the gym and work so went home and sat on the front stoop and enjoyed it.
