How I Started:
I was a swimmer for four years in high school, and once I stopped burning a ton of calories daily i gained weight. My goal is to look waaay better than I did even while swimming, and eventually do an amateur figure competition.
Why I Love It:
I get a good feeling of accomplishment, especially since making the time is difficult as a full time student... and grades are top priority.

I change it up about every three weeks because I'm easily bored..sometimes I follow Body for Life principles of lifting, and sometimes I adopt a random Oxygen spread workout and follow it until I'm bored with it. I don't give my muscles time to get used to anything.
