How I Started:
I was a swimmer for four years in high school, and once I stopped burning a ton of calories daily i gained weight. My goal is to look waaay better than I did even while swimming, and eventually do an amateur figure competition.
Why I Love It:
I get a good feeling of accomplishment, especially since making the time is difficult as a full time student... and grades are top priority.

It's easy when you can be a schedule. This was my life from June-August:

Wake up: 5AM...have protein shake...go to gym for weights/cardio

8AM - work (lifeguarding) ...eat meal 2
10AM - swim 1500 m

11AM - eat meal 3

1PM - eat meal 4

4PM - eat meal 5

7PM - HOME eat meal 6

9PM...
