To become a healthy Man so I can be an even better father.
Goal (Long):
I want to lose fat while maintaining / building muscle to become a much healthier person. I have been fat my entire life and have lost over 100 lbs twice only to gain it back. It was due to pure laziness and lack of focus. When I get to a better weight people compliment me too much and I think I have arrived. Not this time. I am starting a journey to eat right, exercise both lifting weights and cardio, for the rest of my life. I do want to get below 200 lbs and have the necessary desire to do so. One day at a time.
I was out of state on vacation this last week. While away. my foot gets injured where the large toe on my right foot feels broken. The Gym I worked out in required shoes to work out, as most do. Through it all I still made progress. I put a shoe over the sore foot and still worked out....
