Hit 230lbs and said enough is enough. Shed 30lbs and feeling waaaaay better.
Why I Love It:
Feels good. I look better in the mirror, perform better in all respects and have a better self-image.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at myself in the mirror and chart my progress.

My upper body has always been stick-like. I want to improve my shoulders and get the diameter of my biceps up. I haven't been ignoring my other body parts but at age 40 I am aware the I've started the 1% per year loss of muscle and I want to avoid that.
