You will. Motivation won't always be there, but as long as you have it 5/7ths of the time, pick and choose your battles, take rest days, stay focused when working out, you'll do great. Remember... make 2 week goals every 2 weeks. Hold yourself accountable to the changes you DO or DON'T see in your body.

Sent you private email msg about your nutrition. Don't make the mistake of training too much. It can work against you. Especially if you aren't sleeping enough or getting adequate nutrition. -J

You are right. Get rid of the scale! If you haven't done it yet, get someone who knows what they are doing pinch your bodyfat and see what your overall % is. From that, they can do a calculation based on age, gender, and the measure of the pinches (Sites on a WOMAN: iliac above hip bone, mid-thigh, and mid-tricep). This will tell you how much lean body mass you have and how much fat mass you have. From there, you can tell the true story of what you have gained/lost. GOOD LUCK!

I am a trainer and I speak with a lot of women about which supps they like/dislike. I am glad to hear you like the NO product. Does the effect ever diminish? I find that after a while some products (NO Xplode) don't have the same effects. By the way, your progress pics are amazing. I applaud your dedication. What do you have planned?

Yeah for sure. I have about 12 clients at a time, and most are seeing results and learning what good nutrition and exercise feels like. It's nice because some of them start out almost helpless, and come out very knowledgeable and their friends start asking them how to change. Very satisfying.
