Eating more clean carbs and consistent protein. Jacking up calories and tracking them now and then to stay focused.

Finally decided to stop trying to be shredded and make some real gains. Plan on hitting 200lbs by December 31, 2009. Currently 185.

Testing new NO products to see how I respond. Awesome back workout last night. Going for delts and tri's tonight.
