I want to gain 15 pounds of muscle by Spring 2009.
Goal (Long):
I had elbow surgery in May 2005. I dropped approximately 20 pounds in weight. I weighed in at 175 pounds. My goal is to get back between 175-180 before I lost all of the weight after my surgery. I want my bodyfat percentage to be between 10-12% for now. I would like to accomplish this by the end of this year.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
2 minutes. I at first thought that was the norm, but recently found that 2 minutes of rest really doesn't contribute to much growth. Could be wrong, but I may need to decrease my rest time.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
It was an elbow injury that I had to have surgery on. I was injured for nearly two years. I began to recover about a year after I had the surgery. It took another year before I could work out again.
I have been working out religously for the past 6 1/2 months. Since that time, I have made some tremendous gains. I gained approximately 15 pounds of muscle with about 4-5 pounds of fat, which is not bad in my opinion considering the fact that I have a small body-frame. Lately, I have...
