2day is my day off!

i already did 3 sets of 15 reps of crunches twice today! 1st at 9.am then at 12.30pm ,

my plan is to stick to 30 min of running!!!

I just used whey protein in June-july 2008, thats it.. I'd recommend that you go on a bulk and then cut later..
