How I Started:
I started working out my freshman year of high school for football, wrestling grappling. I have done it on and off since then and it is now a lifestyle for me.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I take pride in what I look like and I love my wifes face everytime she looks at my body. I always try to look better for her evertime I see her.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing God has blessed me with no disabilities so I take pride and thank him by taking care of my body.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to get back to the size I used to be. I used to play football, wrestle and grapple in high school, then I joined the Marines and lost a lot of muscle and weight in boot camp. My goal is to go from 173 to 190-195 over the next 6 months. I want to bulk to about 200-205 and then cut down to about 190-195 by August 1, which is when I return back to the states and see my wife:) I will achieve this goal by dieting, sleeping and lifting properly.

What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
You can buy a variety of low sodium seasonings and mixes to put in with pretty much any type of food to add flavor, especially chicken. I eat a lot of foods that most people wouldn't say are healthy, but I make up for it with cardio plus I have a fast metabolism. I need a personal trainer in the Colorado Springs area. I will be moving there in June/July and even though I am certified, I always like having a personal trainer of my own. If anybody is interested or has any recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it.

i did for a while then i changed to hitting all my arms tris and bis although i dont know how thats going for me yet. i mix that with calves i dont really have a set schedual since i am deployed right now. but when i get home i am going to get into a better regiment. i have 2 more months here or so
Hi, why do you think lifting straps take away forearm strength, I'm looking to add mass to my hamstrings and back, I have to find a way to go heavier without slipping, my plans are to use it pretty much only for back days.
