Workout Program:
The first two days i do a triple set workout routine the first day i do biceps,triceps,and shoulder doing one big tri set its intense. the second day i do chest,back,and legs it is difficult 3 large body parts so i recommend munching on something as you go, and the last 3 days of the week...

Yea I hear ya. Always wanted to go see one, but being in one would require a complete life change. Liftin is my alone time to pump out all the days stress. Well good luck if you do.
