Yesterday I worked on my lower body.
-lunges with a 25lb weight disc. I did 3 sets of 10s for each leg.
-squats with barbell, 3sets of 12
-dead lifts, 3 sets of 10
-leg curls , 3 sets of 8
- leg extensions, 3 sets of 12

So this week i weight lifted for 3 days. working my whole body. may 2009
17th - sprints
18th- whole body workout
19th- sprints
20th- active rest day ( as i was still sore from mondays workout :) )
21st- whole body workout
22nd- sprints
23rd- whole body workout
I’m actually going to be following this routine for 2 or 3 more weeks and switch back to working my upper and lower on diff days. |
