No, I'm actually not working with a trainer... U know us hmongs are cheapie LOL... My husband is actually really supportive and we try to train together. Just working with what I know and what I got, it's still a learning process. Trial and error kinda thing. Just gotta utilize everything around me to the best.

Hey, How are you. Sucks to have the flu. But u are a bull!!! That won't even stop u. :) Well as for me, went back to school. So just gotta juggle my time. It's hard work and school full time. But hoping to get that excuse off my chest next week to get into the mood again. Thanks for asking...

Hi, great job on getting abs back.. You have n e advice on hitting a plateau. Well about a month ago went camping and didn't really eat healthy at camp. So it kinda draged on.. I keep going back to my workout routine and can only last a couple of days without getting bum out about it... Right now I'm lacking the motivation a bit..

Hey Tim, thanks for checking in. Right now hardly training. I haven't been home too much lately with all this nice wisconsin weather. So in a week or so I'll get back on track, just gotta get into the routine again and make it a habit. How about your training?
