How I Started:
After having three kids, I was at my heaviest 155lbs with my last child. My normal weight was 120 lbs. It was time for a change.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives me strength and power. I love the way the human body looks with bodybuilding. It also gives me peace with myself. It feels great knowing with each workout I'm getting and looking better each time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my old photos and It disgusted me how unhealthy I was. Having three kids I want to be at my best. Hoping one day I can be a role model for others who wants help. I want to thank my husband (of 11 yrs) for always being there and guiding me through this. Without him I'll probably be a fatty. Love you hon.
