I pyramid up in weight each set and the last set of each exercise I do a drop set, usually start with incline dumbbells 75lbs to warm up.
Incline dumbbell press - 5x18,14,12,10,8
Flat smith bench wide grip - 4x16,14,12,10 compound set with incline close grip pushups.
Decline machine press - 4x16,14,12,10 compound set with decline wide grip pushups.
Incline cable flyes - 4x14,12,12,12 compound set with regular pushups
Bentover cable flyes - 4x14,12,12,12 compound set with dips
Hammer grip machine press 2x20 compound set with dips (slow reps, throwing in negatives)
