I'm doing FBW
In the past I did a 5 day split but I was so plateauted that I started a FBW. I was a bit scpetic about it but now I love it. This way you can lift heavier.

I try to eat 100% clean.
I only eat 100% natural stuff or really low processed things. I avoid articifal sweeteners and all these chemical things.

Supplementation is overrated.
I only take protein poweder (100% natural, nothing added)

If I go to BB sites like this and see how other people are capable of, I get my motivation!
