Background
I first consulted my doctor in late 2010, then I did some research here and there. I finally came across Bodybuilding.com and thought, how amazing to have come across a site where I can find tons of information, on exactly what I need to be able to finally challenge myself and lose weight. I thought 2011 was going to be my workout year, but many events took place, especially a career change. Now that I got things out of the way, I am so exited to get toned. I know I have to lift some weights, but I already did all research needed. I did loose some weight by eating right, now its time to lose more and get tone.
I love this website, because it helps me understand the names of my body parts to exercise, it helps me see videos to demonstrate what to do.

I awaken and I couldn't get up!

March 30, 2011 I awaken and tried to get up and I could not do it. I also was dissapointed when I huff and puff when trying to get up, my stomach was fighting for air. I then said enough! but then I realize that is not long before I get going with this mission of loosing weight. I have already purchase enough exercise gear and shoes to begin my quest.
This will be the last day I kiss my fatness goodbye.
