I am working on watching my diet and increasing the intensity. Right now I want to work on gaining mass but losing fat.
Goal (Long):
Need to get back in shape. Took too long off after injury and started new job out of town. Bought equipment for home gym so I have time to do it at home now. Looking to get my weight under 200 lbs withing the next 3 months. and then back to 180ish in a year.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 35 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%

that is good with you supps!..for your tri try doing closegrip bench presses or skull crushers.i dont care for partners i have trained for years by myself,the different techniques i do ,a partner just gets in the way...thats what i think anyway!do you go to a gym now? i seldom do forced reps i mostly train to positive failure as one tech. alot of people go crazy w/supps [i studied them in school,most dont work..not patrolled by fda] you are wise with what you do...later bro
