Background
I use to workout all the time but after my accident a few years ago i just let myself go.But i got help from a great weightloss clinic and now i am back on the fitness journey again.and this time for good too.
I love the pumped and rush feeling i get when i workout.i have great energy afterwards and everything seems more clearer in my life.
