SquattsAndOats Sweet. Keep at it. 5-day-split is always a tough one! at the moment i'm on a heavy 3 days split due to trying to get the mrs motivated: Wendesday:-Chest/Tris&Cardio, Friday:-Back,Obliques&Abs/Back&Cardio, Saturday/Sunday:-Legs/Shoulders/Bi's. I'm taking the old school Jack3D pre-sup it's amazing, but illegal haha! Good to see you posting man will have to watch out for ya, give you some reps! Training tonight then ? Feb 8, 2013 8:20am
